Mindfulness Gallery 2019 - 2020
Each year group enjoyed lots of planned activities to develop their own mindfulness - finding out about how to have a healthy mind and body. They shared their experience through mindful breathing, yoga, affirmations, guided mediation as well as using creativity, such as by making an affirmation flower. In Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 they also found about how parts of our brain can react when we are worried, angry, sad or scared, and what we can do to help ourselves calm down.
